The seller is retiring after a long career and is open to a transition period to ensure continuity for both patients and staff.

The practice operates out of a 2,000 sq ft clinical facility, and the seller owns the building, meaning a long-term lease is available directly from them.

This one came through direct outreach in the Northeast medical community and is not listed anywhere publicly.

Owner earnings: $350K–$400K (inclusive of pension contributions)

Surgical revenue: $300K+ (currently contracted out — capturable by a surgical buyer)
